RAD 140 Experience An In-Depth Study

RAD 140 ExperienceIn this blog, we delve into what the specialists have discovered about the RAD140 experience. RAD140 is an orally available, non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator. Developed by the American pharmaceutical company Radius Health Inc. The company claims to have developed this SARM for a patient with breast cancer, but it is still used by some bodybuilders to build muscle. Rad140 has a strong binding affinity for the androgen receptor, which is far above that of testosterone and reaches DHT.

Example RAD 140 before and After

A study in castrated rats shows that milligram for milligram it is almost as anabolic as testosterone. But not nearly as androgenic based on the growth of the prostate and the semen. In this study, doses of 0.1 to 30 milligrams per kilogram of body weight were used. In general, however, dosages from animal studies cannot easily be transferred to humans. Castrated animals often serve as a “true” model for determining anabolic and androgenic effects. This is because the animals do not have any endogenous sex hormones that could influence the results.

Test RAD 140 Stack

Using testosterone propionate in combination with RAD140, it was also found in the above study that a high dose of 10 milligrams per kilogram of body weight RAD140 actually did the negative effects of exogenous testosterone with a dosage of 1 milligram per kilogram of body weight. It also showed a declining effect on the growth of the prostate. However, this effect was already noticeable at 0.3 milligrams of RAD140 per kilogram of body weight. This basically means that RAD140 could possibly be administered in combination with testosterone in order to minimize its androgenic side effects.

Side Effects – RAD140 Water Retention

At the same time, increased anabolic effects were observed through the combination of these two substances. These go beyond the administration of only one of the substances. So there seems to be an additional, but not synergistic, effect on muscle growth. This suggests that the RAD140 experience could possibly even be used in combination with traditional testosterone replacement therapy, or steroid treatment to improve the results and minimize side effects.

However, one should keep in mind that RAD140 binds more strongly to the receptors than testosterone itself. However, the number of androgen receptors is limited. So if high doses of both substances are used, unbound testosterone may remain in the blood. It is then converted into estrogen using the aromatase enzyme and can lead to side effects such as water retention and gynecomastia.

Muscle Building Studies

In this study, however, the researchers examined not only neutered rats but also normal, functional, young animals. At this age, the rats have a certain level of their own production of testosterone, but not yet at the level of adult animals. This can be compared to older men who suffer from an age-related drop in testosterone levels. They would need testosterone replacement therapy, at the lowest dose of 0.1 milligrams per kilogram of body weight. RAD140 promotes muscle growth without affecting the prostate.

Up to the highest dosage of 30 milligrams per kilogram of body weight, no negative effects on the prostate of the experimental animals could be found. At 0.3 milligrams per kilogram of body weight, the rats showed muscle growth that is comparable to that of 0.5 milligrams per kilogram of testosterone propionate. However, it took 30 milligrams of RAD140 per kilogram to even come close to the effects of this small amount of testosterone propionate on the prostate.

RAD 140 Causes Cancer

Since RAD140 dosage was primarily developed for the treatment of breast cancer, there is, of course, some data on this. Recent cell studies have shown that the SARM can inhibit the growth of various types of breast cancer cells, which is quite unusual for an anabolic substance. Here the advantage of the targeted selectivity of SARMs proves once again. However, cell studies are a very early step in the approval of a substance as a drug or dietary supplement. Based on the results, the first clinical phase I studies in postmenopausal women with breast cancer, sponsored by Radius Pharmaceuticals, Inc., is currently underway and it will be interesting to see the results!

In another cell study on cultured rat neurons and brain cells, RAD140 was able to reduce cell death and therefore appears to have neuroprotective properties. This is something that can also be observed with testosterone, so nothing surprising at first. However, these results suggest that SARM has relevant effects in relation to Alzheimer’s disease.

Is there any RAD140 Danger Logged?

The research chemical RAD 140 is still being studied and not for human consumption. However, like a lot of products they do get into the hands of bodybuilders. This product can pose serious risks to the human body including heart attack, liver damage, and strokes.  For experts in the research chemical industry searching for clinically tested chemicals make sure you buy from a reliable source!
